UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL kKrows BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF kKrows HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. INDEMNIFICATION

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to legal residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry: Participants are allowed one entry per person. Only one entry per household is permitted. Duplicate entries or entries with incomplete information will not be considered.

3. Prizes: Prizes for the giveaway contest include a kKrows product subject to availability and while supplies last. The specific prize type is at the discretion of the KKrows team. Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen from eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe or does not meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Repeat Winners: Previous winners of kKrows giveaway contest are not eligible to win during the same giveaway promotion. Furthermore, only one winner per household is allowed across kKrows giveaway contests.

6. Exclusions: Members of the kKrows team and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway contest.

7. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow kKrows to use their names, likeness, and entry submissions for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway contest, entrants release kKrows, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or related to participation in the contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Modification or Termination: kKrows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond the company's control.

10. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Florida.

11. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the giveaway contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules.
