30-Day Refund Policy:
1. Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible items. Exceptions / non-returnable items include: Surfboards, Wakesurfers, and Camo Golf Bag.
2. Condition of the Product: The product should be free from any signs of wear and tear.
3. Cleanliness: Products must be returned in a clean and hygienic state, particularly for items like apparel, swimwear, and footwear.
4. Refund Amount: Return shipping labels are free for eligible items. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed.

1. Overview: At kKrows, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing and surf apparel. This 30-Day Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from kKrows are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
2. Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the 30-day warranty period, kKrows will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
3. Warranty Period: The warranty period for products purchased from kKrows is 30 days from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at info@kkrows.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, photos of the defect, and any other relevant information.
5. Exclusions:This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, or other external causes.
6. Limitation of Liability: kKrows will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or your inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law: This warranty policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/USA.
8. Changes to this Warranty Policy
kKrows reserves the right to make changes to this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

60-Day Store Credit Policy:
1. Eligibility: Items that meet the return criteria but fall outside the 30-day refund window can be returned within 60 days for store credit.
2. Condition of the Product: Similar to the 30-day refund policy, the product must be unused, unworn, and have all tags attached. It should be in its original condition without any signs of damage or alteration.
Return Procedure:
1. Receipt or Order #: To initiate a return, you must provide the original receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
2. Exclusions: Products purchased from third-party vendors or other retail outlets are not eligible for returns or refunds through kKrows.
3. Contact: Please contact our customer service team via info@kkrows.com within the specified return period to start the return process.
4. Return Approval: Once the return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.
5. Drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.
Refund and Store Credit Processing:
1. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility for a refund or store credit, we will process the request.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, within 7-10 business days.
3. Store credit for eligible returns (31-60 day window) will be provided in the form of a gift card or a credit applied to your kKrows account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
